On Sunday, October 26, 2025 at 2pm in Fulton Recital Hall, Goodspeed Hall, The University of Chicago, internationally famous virtuoso oboist Alex Klein, former principal oboe of the Chicago Symphony, will present a concert in honor of the 85th birthday of Patricia Morehead, Canadian oboist and composer. The concert will include music by William Bolcom, Sebastian Huydts, and Patricia Morehead. Pianist/composer Sebastian Huydts will accompany. The concert is being sponsored by the U of C Music Department and Chamber Opera Chicago. Admission is free.
